Welcome to Aimee.ai¶
Aimee.ai is an AI-powered simulation training platform that helps organizations build, assign, and evaluate realistic conversational training courses.
What is Aimee.ai?¶
Aimee.ai enables trainers to create lifelike AI-driven simulations - such as customer escalation calls, interview practice, or compliance conversations - and assign them to learners. After each session, an AI reviewer scores the learner's performance against a rubric, providing immediate, actionable feedback.
Who is Aimee.ai for?¶
| Role | What they do |
|---|---|
| Workspace Owner | Manages a workspace: invites members, assigns roles, manages billing |
| Admin | Same as Workspace Owner, plus the ability to promote other members to Admin (Workspace Owners cannot do this) |
| Trainer | Creates courses, defines rubrics, assigns learners |
| Reviewer | Reviews scores, overrides grades, adds feedback |
| Learner | Completes assigned simulations, reviews debriefs |
How it works¶
graph LR
A[Trainer creates course] --> B[Trainer assigns to learner or group]
B --> C[Learner launches simulation]
C --> D[AI scores the session]
D --> E[Reviewer validates score]
E --> F[Learner reviews debrief]
- A Trainer creates a course with a description, runtime configuration, and scoring rubric
- The trainer assigns the course to individual learners or entire groups
- The Learner launches the simulation from their portal and completes the conversation
- The platform scores the session automatically using the rubric criteria
- A Reviewer can inspect the score, override grades, or add notes
- The learner receives a debrief with their score breakdown and recommendations
