Dashboard¶

The Dashboard is the first screen you see after logging in. It provides a high-level overview of your workspace's activity and key metrics.

Accessible to: All roles

Dashboard sections¶

Shows your name and the currently active workspace. Quick-access button to Create Course (visible to Trainers and above).

My Training Portal¶

A prominent banner linking to the Learner Portal where you can launch your assigned simulations. Visible to users who have learner assignments.

Key metrics¶

Three summary cards displayed across the top:

Metric	Description
Active Courses	Number of published courses in the workspace
Learner Assignments	Total assignments across all learners
Avg. Completion Score	Average score across all completed sessions

Recent Activity¶

A feed showing the latest workspace events:

New assignments created
Sessions completed
Scores submitted

Each entry shows the user, action, course name, and date.

Course Performance Top 5¶

A leaderboard-style chart showing the top 5 scoring courses by average score, displayed as horizontal progress bars.

Course Updates Available¶

When a course has been updated and some learners are still on an older version, the Dashboard surfaces a Course Updates Available panel. Each row lists the course title, the affected learner, the version they're on, and the latest version you've published.

Click Switch to latest on a row to move that learner to the newest version.
Click Switch all (N) at the top of the panel to move every listed learner in one action.

Learners who have already completed a course are not listed — their records stay on the version they completed. See Course Management for the full picture.
