Create your Aimee.ai account to get started with the platform.

How to sign up

There are two ways to create an account on Aimee.ai:

Option 1: Sign up via invitation (recommended)

If you've received an invitation email from a workspace owner or admin:

1. Open the invitation email and click "Create Account & Join Workspace"
2. You'll be taken to the signup page with your email pre-filled

3. Fill in the remaining fields:

   Field	Description
   Name	Your display name (visible to other workspace members)
   Username	A unique username for login (e.g., jsmith)
   Password	A secure password for your account

4. Click "Join [Workspace Name]"

After signing up, you'll be automatically added to the workspace and taken to the dashboard.

Invite links expire

Workspace invitations are valid for a short window (the exact TTL is shown on your invitation email). If your link has expired, ask your workspace owner to resend the invitation.

Option 2: Sign up directly

1. Navigate to the Aimee.ai login page
2. Click "Don't have an account? Sign up"

3. Fill in the registration form:

   Field	Description
   Name	Your display name
   Username	A unique username for login
   Email	Your email address (also used for login)
   Password	A secure password for your account

4. Click Create Account

Invite-only workspaces

Aimee.ai uses an invite-only workspace model. After signing up directly, you'll land on a welcome screen telling you that no workspaces are linked to your account yet, and asking you to keep an eye on your inbox for an invitation. You won't be able to access workspace features until a workspace owner invites you and you accept the invitation.

Login flexibility

After creating your account, you can log in using either your email or username - whichever is easier to remember.
