Logging In¶

Sign in to your Aimee.ai account and access your workspace.

How to log in¶

Navigate to the Aimee.ai login page
Enter your email address or username and password
Click Sign In

Tip

You can log in using either your email address or your username - whichever you prefer.

If you have pending workspace invitations, they're automatically accepted when you log in - you'll see the workspace immediately.
If your account belongs to a single workspace, you land straight on the Dashboard.
If your account belongs to multiple workspaces, you're shown a Pick a workspace card listing each one along with the role you hold there. Pick a workspace to enter it. Your choice is remembered on this device, so future logins skip the picker until you switch.

You can change workspace at any time from the top-left workspace switcher (the workspace name / logo in the top bar) - see Switching workspaces.

Switching workspaces¶

If you belong to more than one workspace, the top-left workspace name and logo become a button. Click it to open the workspace switcher dropdown:

The list shows every workspace you're a member of, with the active one indicated.
Pick another workspace and Aimee takes you to that workspace's Dashboard.
Your selection is remembered on this device.

If you're a member of only one workspace, the switcher doesn't appear and the workspace name is shown as plain text.

Troubleshooting¶

"Invalid credentials" error¶

Double-check your email address or username for typos
Ensure you're using the correct password (passwords are case-sensitive)
If you've forgotten your password, click Forgot password? on the login page. We'll email you a reset link if your email is on file.

Account not found¶

If you don't have an account yet, sign up here. If you've received an invitation email, click the link in the email to create your account.

No workspaces visible¶

If you've signed up but see the "no workspaces" welcome screen, it means you haven't been invited to any workspace yet. Check your inbox for an invitation email from Aimee.ai, or ask a Workspace Owner to invite you from the Members page.

After logging in¶

Once authenticated, you'll land on the Dashboard, where the panels you see depend on your role. See Dashboard for the full layout per role, and Roles Overview to understand what each role can access.

Finding help inside the app¶

In the top-right corner of every page you'll see two icons:

A question-mark icon opens the Help menu. The first item, User guide, opens this documentation site in a new tab. Click it any time you need a reminder of how something works.
Your avatar opens the user menu, where you can open your Profile or sign out.
