Billing & Subscriptions

Aimee.ai provides a flexible, tiered billing system to accommodate workspaces of all sizes. Each workspace has its own subscription plan that determines the availability of features, user limits, storage capacity, and AI sessions.

Subscription plans

Every workspace is on one of three plans. Each plan sets caps on team size, storage, and the number of AI sessions the workspace can run per month. The Billing tab in Workspace Settings is the source of truth for prices, limits, and what's included — the figures shown there are always current.

Free plan

Ideal for exploring the platform and running small pilot programmes. Intended for a very small team with modest storage and a low monthly AI-session cap.

Pro plan

Designed for growing training teams with active simulation usage. Raises the team size, storage allowance, and monthly AI-session cap well above Free.

Enterprise plan

For large organisations that need unlimited scale. Lifts the team size and storage allowance to their highest tier and removes the monthly AI-session cap.

Plan limits and prices are published inside the app so they stay accurate. Open Workspace Settings → Billing to see exactly what your current plan includes and what each higher tier offers before upgrading.

Managing Your Subscription

Only users with the Workspace Owner or Admin role can manage the billing for a workspace.

  1. Navigate to Workspace Settings by clicking the gear icon in the sidebar.
  2. Select the Billing tab.
  3. Your current plan, along with progress meters for your usage (Users, Storage, AI Sessions), will be displayed.
  4. From here, you can Upgrade to a higher tier or Downgrade your plan.
  5. Clicking Manage Billing will securely forward you to the Stripe Customer Portal, where you can update your payment methods and download past invoices.

Limit Enforcement

If a workspace reaches its limit for users, storage, or AI sessions, further actions attempting to exceed these limits will be disabled until the plan is upgraded or usage is reduced. Progress bars in the Billing tab turn amber as you approach your allocated limits.
